Over the past twenty years Louise has developed a style of painting which although expressive, is firmly rooted in her graphic design background.

Her high-impact oils on board are predominantly figurative; they encapsulate the energy and buzz of a crowded scene in a manner that is both stylised and beautifully observed. Her love of the sea is reflected throughout her work, but we can also see a great affection for human interaction in a variety of situations. Recent works have introduced more specific places. Louise has become a highly sought after artist all over the world and collectors of her work include the actor Martin Clunes, Sue Perkins, Rory Bremner, John Torode and the late comedienne Joan Rivers.
